Please read the Terms of Service carefully. BY TYPING “YES” IN THE BOX BELOW, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE. WHETHER YOU READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE OR NOT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THEM. ACCORDINGLY, YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO READ THEM AND TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY IF YOU SO DESIRE. The compensation opportunities available through participation in the Hiilux Program are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms of Service. PARTICIPATING OR ATTEMPTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPENSATION PLAN FURTHER CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

The Terms of Service agreement: (1) lays out the details of the Hiilux Compensation Plan; (2) defines the terms used in the Terms of Service and in the Hiilux.com website, sometimes giving unique meanings to terms you may misinterpret or misconstrue unless you read the definition of terms section; (3) restricts the manner in which you may solicit additional Members; (4) binds you to non-solicitation terms; (5) restricts the transferability of your rights under the Hiilux Compensation Plan; (6) subjects you to copyright and trademark restrictions; (7) provides a limitation and a disclaimer of warranties; (8) provides for limitations on any liability of Hiilux to you; (9) requires you to indemnify Hiilux with respect to claims relating to your actions or failure to act; (10) lays out disciplinary sanctions for breaches and misdeeds; (11) requires your commitment to mediation and arbitration; and (12) requires you to waive your rights to a jury trial in the event of litigation. In addition, the Terms of Service agreement is subject to revision and update at any time in the sole discretion of Hiilux.

YOU MAY ONLY PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM IF YOU ARE 14 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WITH PARENTAL APPROVAL REQUIRED IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND YOU ARE WILLING TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED IRS W-9 FORM IF YOU ARE A U.S. CITIZEN, OR A COMPLETED IRS W-8 FORM IF YOU ARE A CITIZEN OF A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE U.S. YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO U.S. TAX OBLIGATIONS AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WITH HIILUX. A W-9 FORM REQUIRES A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR A FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. A W-8 FORM REQUIRES A TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. TAX WITHHOLDING FROM YOUR COMPENSATION MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE IRS.

NO ONE IS REQUIRED TO PAY ANY SIGN-UP FEE OR TO PURCHASE ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HIILUX PROGRAM.
